How much is delivery?
Standard UK & Ireland delivery is £4.99 and takes 3–5 business days. Orders over £50 ship completely free.
Can I return a costume?
We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges on costumes. In-store costume purchases cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. Eligible online purchases still have a 14-day cancellation period, and your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected. How do I pick the right size?
Costume product pages list every available size with live stock levels. Sizes vary between manufacturers, so check the size options on each product before ordering.
Do you sell fireworks online?
No — fireworks are in-store only due to safety regulations and shipping restrictions, and Northern Ireland licensing requirements apply. Ask our Bangor shop team about in-store availability.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection — card details never touch our servers. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
Can I shop in person?
Yes — our 2026 Halloween shop is now open at 79 Cootehall Road, Bangor, BT19 1UP. Shop Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm; Sundays are closed. Shop entry is free. Our separate haunted walkthrough is now open: a big, scary experience full of animatronics. Entry is £5 per person and includes a free gift worth £5. See our popup page for full details.
