How much is delivery?
Standard UK & Ireland delivery is £4.99 and takes 3–5 business days. Orders over £50 ship completely free.
Can I return a costume?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. Email info@ontheskullemporium.com with your order number to start a return.
How do I pick the right size?
Costume product pages list every available size with live stock levels. Sizes vary between manufacturers, so check the size options on each product before ordering.
Do you sell fireworks online?
No — fireworks are in-store only due to safety regulations and shipping restrictions, and Northern Ireland licensing requirements apply. They will be available from our 2026 Bangor popup when it is open.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection — card details never touch our servers. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
Can I shop in person?
Yes — our 2026 Halloween popup opens at 79 Cootehall Road, Bangor, BT19 1UP on Saturday 3 October 2026. The shop is free to enter. The haunted walkthrough is £5 per person, including a spooky gift worth £5, with walk-in entry and no advance booking required.
