OnTheSkull is a sister brand of On the Square Emporium. We use personal information to operate this shop, process and deliver orders, answer enquiries, prevent fraud and—only where you allow it—measure and improve our marketing.
Information used to fulfil an order
When you order, we receive the contact, billing, delivery and order information needed to take payment and fulfil your purchase. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Product and order records are held in our WooCommerce system.
Haunted walkthrough opening updates
If you sign up for walkthrough opening updates, we store your email address, signup time and consent in Cloudflare storage so we can contact you about the Bangor haunted walkthrough opening. This is a separate list and does not subscribe you to our general newsletter. To withdraw your consent or have your address removed, email e-commerce@onthesquareemporium.com.
Storage and tracking choices
Essential browser storage keeps your basket and privacy choice working. Optional analytics helps us understand how people use the shop. Optional marketing measurement helps us understand whether an advert led to a visit or purchase.
Optional services are not loaded until you make the relevant choice. You can reject them or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

- Cloudflare provides storefront hosting, security and delivery.
- WooCommerce stores catalogue, customer and order records.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Sentry reports technical errors so we can repair problems with the shop and checkout. Error reporting does not record your screen or checkout form values.
- PostHog helps us understand page visits and shopping activity when you allow analytics. Its enabled features can include technical error reports and session recordings, with form fields masked.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads may be used for consented analytics and advertising measurement.
- Meta may be used for consented advertising measurement.
